Payment

Course fees must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the course date. Cambridge Executive Development reserves the right to transfer the place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time.

Late Payment

Cambridge Executive Development reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at a rate of 2% per calendar month, or part thereof, from the last date that payment was due to the date payment was made.

Cambridge Executive Development also reserves the right to employ a debt collection agency and charge any expenses incurred due to this on to the late paying client.

Cancelling Course Bookings

If the place is cancelled 14 days or less before the course date the full course fee must be paid immediately.

Cancellations or transfers of delegates to other course dates made 15 days or more before the date of the course attract a 25% cancellation charge per transfer/cancellation.

Please make all cancellations in writing to info@cambridge-ed.com.

Changing Delegate Details

To change a delegate to another from the same organisation is free. Changes made within 14 days of the course date may affect our ability to process pre-course questionnaires for the new delegate.

Cancellation of Course

Cambridge Executive Development reserves the right to cancel any course at any time without liability. Under these circumstances delegates will be offered an alternative course date, a credit note or a full refund.

Changing Course Details

Cambridge Executive Development reserves the right to change course details such as venues, trainers or any other detail if circumstances preclude the original specification from being fulfilled.

Course Content

Cambridge Executive Development reserves the right to alter specific course content or agenda itmes in order to meet individual client needs, update information or for any other reason.
