This course offers the opportunity to develop the delivery skills vital
to successful pitches, conference speeches and mediation or advocacy.
The course covers a wide range of topics from dealing with nerves and
audience psychology to presentation structure and vocal techniques.
The programme has been designed to provide a comprehensive toolkit
of presenting and public speaking skills as well as the live
presentation experience vital to confident delivery in the future. Every
delegate receives individual video feedback from our experts to help
refine their delivery technique.
Overview
In any kind of business the ability to present powerfully can be invaluable
in gaining and retaining customers, communicating your vision and expressing
your ideas. However, for legal professionals and their clients even
more can often hinge on the clarity, persuasiveness and confidence of
a single delivery.
The good news is that all of the skills to deliver first-class presentations,
pitches and speeches can be learnt, and during this highly interactive
and practical programme you will have the chance to build a wealth of
valuable skills and techniques that will have an immediate impact on
your confidence and public speaking skills.
Through video taped presentations you will have the chance to monitor
and modify verbal and nonverbal cues, and will receive expert advice
on implementing simple changes that will make a remarkable and positive
difference.
Many delegates have arrived feeling apprehensive about public speaking,
but have left excited at the prospect of their next presentation
- an opportunity to show off their new skills. Our small, friendly
groups led by an expert course leader offer an opportunity to build
skills and confidence quickly and painlessly.
