You will learn the art of giving constructive criticism and motivating through positive feedback. The difference between well delivered and constructive feedback and criticism that damages morale and productivity is discussed along with powerful techniques for effective appraisal meetings.
 
Assessing your personal management style
In order to improve your results and management style it is important to be able to take a step back and examine your approach in an objective manner. This course includes interactive sessions that will enable you to assess your impact on others, as well as the strengths and learning needs of your current style.
