> Share a variety of useful tools and straightforward techniques
> Facilitate a light-hearted atmosphere to further team bonding
> Involve colleagues in helping to define the way forward within their place of work

Key Benefits of this Course

  • This two day workshop will benefit anyone whose livelihood depends upon their ability to think clearly, strategically and creatively.
  • It offers delegates the opportunity to unpick all the steps along the way, as well as highlight those places where they or their colleagues may tend to trip up, whether as individuals or within their teams.

Course Rationale

Being fully conscious to all the steps along the way means that future rigour is more likely to be assured. Most importantly such plans have their best chance of success, because they will have been considered from their first seeds to their successful delivery. In fact, truly strategic thinking would probably may never really end.

Plans are made in businesses across the world all the time – but are they strategic?  Have they built from logical and objective foundations and then stretched the capacities of all those implicated in the process to find the most viable solutions.

Are they the safest ones or the most ambitious and creative? How are those decisions made and does it tend to end there without any real strategic plan to get key stakeholders fully on board?

A Note from the Trainer

"There’s a lot we can cover under the banner of this two day workshop, which can be tailored to those who are interested and their specific needs. The key to all of it is not only the simplicity and usability of the model we will follow, but also the opportunities for each person to identify where their particular strengths and weaknesses may be along the way.

"Always much more value when real life case studies are brought to the workshop, give us a call to let us know what would suit you best. "
