This workshop builds on our Effective Influencing and Negotiating Skills courses and is focused on developing these skills to an even higher level. In this workshop there will be plenty of scope to consider negotiating strategy and psychology, and we will share our personal successful negotiating gambits and offer colleagues the opportunity to practice using them over the course of the day.
