20 second overview

This programme is all about helping delegates operate at, or close to, their peak performance on a more regular basis. We all have good and bad days, and during this course delegates will learn to identity what triggers more or less productive periods.

By developing an understanding of the factors that contribute to peak performance, delegates will leave with the tools to maximise their good days and deal with bad days more effectively.

> Identify your good and bad work habits
> Identify the triggers and conditions for your peak performance days
> Take control of your motivation levels and attitudes
> Develop awareness and sensitivity to factors that influence your success at work

 Key Benefits of this Course
  • Develop a greater awareness of your habitual behaviours and how they help or hinder your success
  • Exercise choice over your motivation levels, creating more helpful responses to events and setbacks.
Increase confidence in yourself to pursue your objectives and goals.
  • Discover how to reproduce your best days consistently when it matters most.
  • Highlight what you do when you’re at your best, and develop your own peak performance strategies – such as feeling highly confident.
  • Appreciate the crucial importance of how your attitude impacts your and others’ performance and results

Course Rationale

This exciting one day programme has been devised to help delegates capitalise on their strengths, identify and work on weaknesses, and develop their understanding of how they can perform at the peak of their abilities consistently.

The programme is highly interactive and involves lots of discussion, practical exercises and opportunities to talk about individual issues. A pre-course diagnostic questionnaire helps to set the scene and focus in on specific needs. On completing the course, delegates will leave equipped with the skills and knowledge to improve their day-to-day effectiveness by recreating the factors that contribute to their ‘best day’ performance.

A Note from the Trainer

"We all have good days and bad days at work. Sometimes we feel like we're operating near the peak of our powers and produce great results that we're proud to lay claim to. At other times, however, it seems hard to get going, and just getting through the day becomes the priority!

"This course is all about identifying the triggers for your good days and learning how you can replicate the conditions that enable you to work at your best. It's a very interactive programme that will keep you engaged and interested through a mixture of a pre-course questionnaire, hands-on practical sessions, group discussion and mini-lectures."
