This workshop builds on our Effective Influencing and Negotiating Skills course and suits anyone who is already very much ‘up to speed ‘ on the undercurrents that can outmanoeuvre any influencing or negotiating challenge.
 
In this workshop there will be plenty of scope to consider our three step approach to effective Negotiations. We will share our understanding of successful negotiating gambits and offer colleagues the opportunity to practice using them over the course of the day.
